1. We sit down for an hour and I watch you do the task once, exactly the way you do it now.
2. If it can be automated, I tell you what it takes and what it costs before I build anything. If it can't, I say so, and that hour is free.
3. I build it, then I sit with you while you run it yourself. You are never dependent on me to use your own tools.
